Heating Instructions

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Placed in a heated 350 oven.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.

Chicken | Crawfish | Seafood Pot Pie

Place in a heated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes if thawed, or 40-45 minutes if frozen.

Chicken Marsala

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil lid.
Spoon sauce over the chicken and serve.

Chicken Parmesan

Place in a heated 350 oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

Chicken Piccata

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil lid. 
Spoon sauce over the chicken and serve.

Chicken Pot Pie

Place in a heated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes if thawed,
or 40-45 minutes if frozen. 

Chicken Spaghetti

Place in a heated 375 oven with the foil lid intact for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the foil lid and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Chicken Tetrazzini

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil lid.
Stir & serve.

Chilean Empanadas

Place in a heated 350 oven for 10-15 minutes if thawed,
or 30-35 minutes if frozen.  
You may also use a toaster oven to heat.

Corn Bread Casserole

Remove lid and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Crab Cakes | Salmon Cakes

Place in a heated 350 oven for 10 minutes or until warm.  
You may also heat gently in a sauté pan over low heat.

Creole

Place in a heated 350 oven; bake for 25 minutes.

Dressing

For Moist Stuffing:
Bake covered in heated 375 oven for approximately 25 minutes.
Remove cover and serve.

For a Crispy Top:
Bake covered in heated 375 oven for 15 minutes.
Remove cover and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Egg Noodles

Bake @ 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Stir & Serve.

Focaccia

Place in a heated 350 oven for approximately 10-12 minutes.  
Serve warm or at room temperature.

Fresh Pasta Cooking Instructions

Your pasta is nested in 4oz. portions and should be dropped into boiling salted water for 1 ½ to 2 minutes for al dente pasta.  
If you are not using it the day of purchase, freeze it and go straight from the freezer to boiling water (add 30 seconds to cooking time).

Fruit Pies

Do not thaw.
Place in a pre-heated 325 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
The goal is to crisp the outer shell and warm up the interior slightly so that the retained heat will thaw the interior without cooking the filling again.
(If the filling fully heats and liquifies it will be several hours before you will be able to slice the pie and serve the pie.)

Gumbo

Place bag into a large stock pot, cut the top of the bag open and empty the contents into the stock pot.  Warm over low heat, stirring occasionally. 
Heat until contents reaches 170 degrees or until the gumbo comes to a simmer.

Jambalaya

Place in a heated 350°oven with the foil lid intact for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the foil lid and serve.

King Ranch Casserole

Place in a heated 375 oven with the foil lid intact for 20-25 minutes. 
Remove the foil lid and continue to bake until the cheese is beginning to brown and bubbling.  
Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes and up to 20 minutes before serving.

Lasagna Bolognese

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact for 40 minutes. Remove the foil lid and continue to bake until the cheese is beginning to brown and bubbling (another 15 minutes).
Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes and up to 20 minutes before serving.

Lasagna Rolls

Place in a heated 375 oven with the foil lid intact for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil lid and continue to bake until the cheese is beginning to brown and bubbling (another 10 minutes).

Meatloaf

Place covered pan in a heated 375 oven for approximately 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, remove lid & serve.

Monterrey Chicken

Baked covered for 20 minutes in a heated 350 oven.
Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes or until cheese browns.

Muffuletta

Heat in a 350 degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes.

Noodles

Bake @ 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Stir & Serve.

Pasta with Meatballs

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact for 30 min.
Carefully remove the foil lid.
Stir & serve.

Pecan Pie

Do not thaw.
Place in a pre-heated 325 degree oven for 15 minutes-20 minutes.
The goal is to crisp the pecans and warm the pie throughout.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before trying to cut.

Penne Pasta

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact for 30 minutes.  
Carefully remove the foil lid, stir & serve.

Pizza

Place directly on the middle rack in a heated 425 oven.  
Bake for 10-14 minutes if thawed, or 16-20 minutes if frozen.

Pot Roast

Place in a heated 350 oven.  
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Rigatoni

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil lid.
Stir & serve.

Salsa Verde Chicken Enchilada

Place in a heated 375 oven with the foil lid intact for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the foil lid and continue to bake until the cheese is beginning to brown and bubbling.

Salisbury Steak

Place in a heated 350 oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.

Place in a heated 350 oven for 10 minutes or until warm.

Place in a heated 350 oven.

Place uncovered in a heated 375 oven.
Bake until the mashed potatoes are browned, about 30 minutes.

Shrimp & Grits

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact.
Heat for 30 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil lid, stir & serve.

Smoked Pork Loin

Remove Lid and remove sauce container.
Replace lid and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot.

Stroganoff

Heat @ 350 for 25-30 minutes. 
Stir & serve over egg noodles.

Tortellini

Place in a heated 350 oven.  
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Turkey & Dressing

Place in a heated 350 oven with the foil lid intact for 30 minutes.  
Carefully remove the foil lid and serve.
